While the process is simple, there still are considerations to take into account when choosing which license to apply. Some data repositories require certain licenses over others, and some grants or project funders may specify licenses that must be applied for full funding (an example is that some grants may require your data to be open access for you to receive full funding, so you\u2019ll want to make sure the license you apply meets that requirement.) However, if nothing is specified, you will have to choose your own license! CC signifie <a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Creative Commons<\/a>, qui est une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif. Elle s'attache \u00e0 sensibiliser le public et \u00e0 faciliter le partage l\u00e9gal d'\u0153uvres cr\u00e9atives et scientifiques.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CC0 \u2013 signifie qu'aucun droit n'est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 et qu'une \u0153uvre appartient enti\u00e8rement au domaine public. Elle est sous licence CC-BY-SA, il vous suffit donc de cr\u00e9er votre m\u00e8me, de citer le photographe d\u2019origine et de vous assurer que tout le monde sache qu\u2019il peut r\u00e9utiliser votre m\u00e8me comme bon lui semble, \u00e0 condition que le photographe d\u2019origine et vous-m\u00eame soyez tous deux cr\u00e9dit\u00e9s !<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La licence CC-BY-NC signifie que vous pouvez partager, modifier et r\u00e9utiliser l'\u0153uvre, mais uniquement \u00e0 condition d'en mentionner la source et \u00e0 des fins non commerciales ! Si vous en tirez un profit, cela constitue une violation de la licence !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Exemple :<\/strong> Si vous cr\u00e9iez votre m\u00e8me sur les tortues de mer \u00e0 partir d'une photo sous cette licence, vous devriez tout de m\u00eame citer le photographe, mais vous ne seriez pas tenu d'autoriser quiconque \u00e0 utiliser votre \u0153uvre modifi\u00e9e et vous ne pourriez pas utiliser ce m\u00e8me \u00e0 des fins commerciales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> L'utilisation \u00e0 des fins commerciales ne se limite pas \u00e0 la simple g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de profits ou \u00e0 la vente directe du produit. Cela signifie \u00e9galement qu'il est interdit de l'utiliser pour faire la promotion d'un produit destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la vente ou de contribuer \u00e0 ce que quelqu'un en tire un profit. Vous devez autoriser les autres \u00e0 r\u00e9utiliser votre \u0153uvre !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Exemple :<\/strong> C'est identique \u00e0 l'exemple pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, sauf que vous devez pr\u00e9ciser que la seule chose pour laquelle votre m\u00e8me de tortue de mer ne peut pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9, c'est pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un profit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CC-BY-ND \u2013 Cette licence se distingue par le fait qu\u2019elle n\u2019autorise aucune adaptation. Vous \u00eates libre de diffuser et de partager l\u2019\u0153uvre dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9, \u00e0 des fins commerciales, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019elle ne soit pas modifi\u00e9e et que le cr\u00e9ateur soit mentionn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Exemple :<\/strong> Si quelqu\u2019un a plac\u00e9 sa nouvelle sous licence CC-BY-ND, cela signifie que vous pouvez vous aussi vendre cette nouvelle, mais que vous ne pouvez pas l\u2019adapter, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire en faire un film, un jeu vid\u00e9o, etc. Vous ne pouvez y apporter aucune modification et devez citer l\u2019auteur original.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CC-BY-NC-ND \u2013 Il s'agit de la version la plus restrictive de la licence pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
